How I lost 20 lbs!

1. Gain control of your stomach! You are in charge of your body, the cravings you have can be filled with anything. If you are tired of being overweight or a slave to unhealthy eating habits, then you need to gain control of your stomach. If you can do this, you can accomplish many things with your body, your life, and your prosperity. Drink Water when you get hungry (even this needs to be purified: no flouride or chlorine....just look up how dangerous this is for our bodies)
2. Stop Fast food eating and eating out as much as possible.
3. Stop eating anything with Sugar or High Fructose Corn Syrup for starters. One thing you will find out is that SUGAR (esp High Fructose) will do nothing but ADD to your hunger pangs. Once you detox your system by not eating this for 30 days, you can begin to gain control.
4. Stop eating ENRICHED flours and PROCESSED foods. I know this is hard, but there are so many available foods that you can replace this with. It is more expensive, but face it, do you want to waste $3.00 on a hamburger and fries that adds to your thighs, or $5.00 for Fruit that will help you BURN calories? (subtract from your thighs)
5. STAY AWAY FROM THE NO CALORIE FOODS!!!!!! like diet cokes, margarines, etc. These your body has NO IDEA what to do with it, so it can store it, try to eliminate it, or create something new to do with it. This is probably a cancer causing or bad health causing culprit.

GUESS WHAT? If you do these things and eat more fruits and veggies, turkey, chicken, fish only meats, you will lose weight without exercise. Eat about 100 calories less than you need for a resting rate and you will lose weight fast with this type of diet. http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcalc.htm

But we have to realize exercise increases our ability for better health by improving circulation, utilizing the foods we do eat, and improving bone strength.

I am 43 today, and I have more energy than my 14, and 17 year old!!! I feel great! and can go run 10 miles if I want to even without training. (I've done this) You want to feel this GOOD!!
